Yay...a productive day and a give away!

I froze a ton of peppers from the garden, did mountains of laundry, cleaned the kitchen up WELL, and got almost all the Scrappy Mountain quilt top done. All I have left is the borders and the top is done. Hopefully that will be done tomorrow. Here is how it looks so far:


This was the Scrappy Mirror Image Mountain version. This was the top vote version. Hope you like it..I am very pleased with it. It is so tall I had to have hub and son hold it sideways and then rotated the pic. So, hope having the sky on the right doesn't make you seasick! I will post another pic as soon as I have the borders on.

Also, I am now a chicken gramma! Our chickens started laying this week and we are sooo excited! They are only 4 months old so I didn't expect anything yet, but we are not complaining. Omelets anyone??
