Thanks for the mention of my blog! ...Hey Maureen! Thanks for the mention of my blog! So nice of you to do that. I am so ready for the mystery. Of course, I still have to cut out the fabs but it isn't all that much.

Your log cabin quilt is stunning. Your in-laws will love it. (and if they don't I would!!!) But do take care of yourself. Breaks are good. You seem to do so much and if I remember correctly you work full time out of the house. Yikes girl. Do you ever sleep?? Take care of yourself but I love seeing what you do! Or try the gloves, I tend to tense up my hands when I do this...not like I do it all the time though...
hugsShelliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00833278534393438926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1322893227814096814.post-60218437968836073842010-01-20T07:11:06.880-08:002010-01-20T07:11:06.880-08:00what a labor of love! They remind me of being at my grandmother's house where she had one on the bed where we liked to play upstairs. Her's was all scrappy like yours but b/c of the red centers of each block and the red leather chair in that room - we called it the red room LOL :)

Sorry to hear that you've had some flare ups with your hands.. I hope that is temporary for you. I'm sure that your family that you made the quilt for are gonna love it! ;)

Love from Texas! ~bonniebingo~bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04591187786013490106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1322893227814096814.post-81835306057043599802010-01-20T01:28:11.710-08:002010-01-20T01:28:11.710-08:00Looks good.

I take a 10 min break every half hour or so. although I don't use them try the machine quilting gloves. They may take some of the strain off of your hands and wrists.

Love and hugs Gina xxxGinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16302065755663279757noreply@blogger.com
